Conditions of Sale Subject to relevant State consumer laws
- Any discrepancies must be notified within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- If a non-defective part supplied according to your description is accepted by us for return, it must be in its original packaging. Ripped bags or cartons will not be accepted, and a handling fee of 10% of the order value may apply in some cases. Buyers will be directly liable for any costs incurred for returning the part, such as freight. Electrical items with opened packaging are considered fitted and are not returnable.
- If a product needs to be returned, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products, which you must comply with.
- Refunds will be issued using the payment method of your purchase. We will process the refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned products.
- A 12-month warranty applies to most new spare parts (excluding light globes). The warranty is limited to the replacement of the spare part.
- The manufacturer’s warranty overrides any warranty given or implied by Prime Appliance Parts.
- For any warranty claims, please email us with the relevant order number.
- Special order parts are not returnable and cannot be canceled once we have ordered from the supplier.
- All goods remain the property of Prime Appliance Parts until full payment is received.
