The product that we purchased was exactly what we wanted, we installed it ourselves and it seems to be working perfectly. Very happy with the service.
However, regarding your courier, Couriers Please, we were extremely disappointed with their service.
Firstly, they refused to deliver to our nominated delivery address but gave us no indication that they would not deliver the parcel.
On contacting Customer Support, we were told they could not deliver the parcel, and that we could not have it delivered to another address, as only Prime Appliance Parts could change the address.
Apparently, they will not deliver to a “Parcel Collect” address, and NO was written on the parcel beside the Delivery Address. We were not told about this either!
We were urgently waiting for the parcel, so we asked if we could pick it up from the Delivery Centre.
” Customer Support would have to ask the Delivery Centre if it was OK, so we requested that be arranged. When I asked where the Delivery Centre was, I was told that it was in Truganina.
” What is the address?” We can’t tell you!
Still no communication back from Customer Support about picking up the parcel, despite further emails to them.
Finally, on Friday afternoon (before Anzac Day), we drove from Geelong to the Delivery Centre in Truganina.
(We got the address from their website!)
Picked up the parcel with no problems at all, happily drove home and fitted it.
So, I would be interested to know what Prime Appliance Parts thinks about this situation, but I would certainly think twice about using your company if this is the service delivered by your Couriers.
Sorry to be the deliverer of bad news, but you, and they, need to know.

PS. We received confirmation from Prime Appliance Parts on Order No: 71863 dated April 11, 2026.
Emails from Couriers Please on:
21 April, saying the delivery maybe delayed due to “high volume” and “we have detected a potential delay in your delivery”.
22 April, ” Our driver has onboarded your order for delivery and it is likely to arrive today.
24 April, “We have delivered your parcel”
