Prime Appliance Parts offers Australia-wide standard shipping at a flat fee of $7.95.

We utilize Australia Post and TNT as our primary carriers. While we can deliver to post office boxes, some parcels may require a street address, so please provide one if possible.

Estimated shipping times from our carriers range between 3-10 business days, depending on your location within Australia. We are committed to fast dispatch times and strive to ensure that the parts listed on our website are available. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday – Friday).

If an ordered part is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day. Suppose an ordered item is no longer available or on backorder. In that case, we will contact you within two business days to notify you of alternative parts or issue a full refund.

A tracking code is provided with all our shipments. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as we fully rely on Australia Post and other carriers. Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
